Can I ship to a different address from my billing address:
As long as you enter all your details correctly and pass our 3d secure security checks we can send to a different address. If you pass 3d secure put your different address in the special instructions box during checkout and we will send it to the alternative address. We have this policy because we have lost money due to fraud. sorry if this causes inconvinience.
Do I need to sign for my order or collect my order from the post office:
We send out most of our deliveries recorded because we have had problems with people claiming they did not recieve their orders in the past. Recorded items can be tracked to see when they have been delivered. If you require delivery without a signature you can do so but at your own risk. If your order gets lost in the post we will not be held liable. if your order is sent recorded and you are not home when they attempt delivery you may have to pick it up from the post office.
What if my order gets lost in the post:
If you have sent your order recorded - signature required, we will be liable and your order will be sent out again free of charge. If you have opted for delivery without a signature non-recorded, 1st class stamp only, you will be liable for the loss. Signed for post is insured up to £150 and Special delivery is up to £750. We will only send out goods again or refund an order if it is not received 21 days after the original date of dispatch (excluding 1st class stamp only).
Where do we ship to: We do not ship to the USA, Sweeden or Australia (please check your laws before ordering)

What will my package look like: Packages all vary, depending on the method you have chosen to have your good shipped, they also vary in colour and size.
How long will my package take to arrive: UK normally takes 1 to 7 working days and international order vary from 2 to 14 working days, 99% arrive in this time, however do not panic if this takes longer to get your cannabis seeds.
Will my item fit in a PO Box: Most order do fit, However this also depends on your mail box size and the size of your order, Sometime you may be required to collect your parcel as it doesn’t fit. This is your responsibility to do so.
