Delivery Instructions

Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked. Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form. We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Receiving Orders (UK)

Goods should be with you within 7 working days. If goods do not arrive within 7 working days dont panic as sometimes there are delays with Royal Mail. Standard 1st class stamp only deliveries are sent out at buyers own risk. If 1st class stamp only deliveries get lost in the post we cannot refund or replace the item as we have no tracking information to prove this was the case. 

 

Receiving Orders (Export)

Goods should be with you within 21 days.

Returns

Seeds cannot be returned due to the fact there is no way of proving whether it was the original Item or just bird seed. Other items ordered where there is proof of the origional Item
If on receipt the goods are faulty then please return them to us within 7 days of receipt of goods with a brief description of the problem encountered and pay the postage recorded to prove you sent it.
 
If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage.

Guarantee

With the exclusion of seeds and plant snacks
If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and return the goods to us.
Please send products back as they were received.
We will not replace any products after 1 month.
If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you a credit note or a full refund.

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.
